The Academic Inflation

In Academic Inflation, we have endeavored to find an answer, with familiar and simple concepts, to the question "Is knowledge better or wealth?" In this book, we have discussed the events of the past three decades and the significant wave that started to enter the country's universities, diminishing attention to the job market and wealth creation. We have talked about the mistakes of the institutions involved in starting this wave and, with realism, concluded that the creation of wealth is not contrary to academic education in the university, but skill development is the primary factor in employment and wealth creation. Therefore, university education and skill training can be integrated for wealth creation and achieve the desired result.

در تورم آکادمیک تلاش کرده ایم، با مفاهیمی آشنا و ساده، پاسخی برای پرسش «علم بهتر است یا ثروت؟ » بیابیم. در این کتاب، از اتفاقات سه دهۀ اخیر گفته ایم و از موج عظیمی که برای ورود به دانشگاه‌های کشور به راه افتاده و از توجه به بازار کار و تولید ثروت کاسته است. از خطاهای نهادهای دخیل در به راه افتادن این موج گفته ایم و با واقع‌بینی به این نتیجه دست یافته‌ایم که خلق ثروت نافی علم‌آموزی در دانشگاه نیست، اما مهارت‌ورزی عامل اصلی اشتغال‌زایی و خلق ثروت است؛ پس می‌توان مهارت و آموزش دانشگاهی را برای خلق ثروت ادغام کرد و به نتیجۀ مطلوب دست یافت
